Armed robbery, Marsden

Police are investigating following the armed robbery of a take away store in Marsden last night.

Around 8.20pm a man entered the business on Chambers Flat Road and threatened staff with a syringe.

The man demanded money and staff complied by handing the man a sum of cash.

He was last seen leaving the scene on foot.

No one was physically injured during the robbery.
